Wedging Forward.- Community clay arts program for post incarcerated persons

This project "begins to establish a community-based clay arts program for formerly incarcerated individuals. The project is a platform that seeks to rewrite the narrative of carcerality and address injustices against BlPOC and socio economically marginalized bodies under current conditions of the Prison Industrial Complex, grounded upon systematic legacies of racism, oppression and inequality." WW Platform is a fellow club committed to becoming an international platform that unites women across campuses, ages, demographic divisions, etc. Their goal is "to be a safe space on the internet where women can fully

express themselves without fear of ridicule or shame or censorship that societal standards enforce daily."

Ghost in the Shell online screening and discussion April 7, 2021 @ 9pm EST

Our fellow student group, the Ferris Reel Film Society, is hosting monthly zoom meetings in which they discuss the "film of the month". This month, they have chosen Ghost in the Shell, and they will host a discussion of the film on April 7th.

Athena Film Festival Closing Night Party March 31, 2021 @ 7pm EST

You are invited to join the last event of the online edition of the Athena Film Festival. 

Today is also the last day to enjoy their online program of 30 pre-recorded panels, 12 recorded events, 56 short films, and 4 features that are still available in the #AFF21 program.
